A little help in the kitchen.
Stuck on a recipe, having trouble with the app or need help with your account?

Your account and data
For a copy of your community account, open Community → My profile → Account settings and choose “Export my account”. Your cooking plans and other data saved only on this device can be exported from “Your data” at the bottom of the app.
Delete your account
Open Community → My profile → Account settings → “Delete my community account”. Review the details and confirm with your current password. This removes your account, account backups, posts and uploaded photos from the active service. It also removes comments on your posts. If you own a household, ownership passes to the earliest remaining member.
Local kitchen data stays on your device. To remove it too, use “Your data” → “Delete all local data”. Copies you previously downloaded or shared stay wherever you saved or sent them.
Can’t sign in?
You can request account or data help by emailing support@morsilo.com with your username and the help you need. We will need to verify account ownership before making changes. An email address alone does not prove ownership, because Morsilo accounts use a username and password.
Keep personal details private
Your community username, display name, bio and posts are public. You can use a nickname. Keep your home address and other private details out of your profile, captions and photographs.
To report a post, use its report option in Community. You can also contact support about abusive behaviour, unwanted photos or privacy concerns. Include the username or post details so we can find it.
